It’s Mother’s Day this Sunday (March 30th) and the mums at Stoke Newington’s independent businesses have pulled together some brilliant options.
Whether you splash out on a memorable meal or a fabulous experience or opt for a beautiful gift, when you buy local this Mother’s Day you’ll also be helping a small business to thrive.
Heidi Early, Chair of Stoke Newington Business Association, said: “We’re urging local people to make a conscious decision to shop with independent stores this Mother’s Day and to choose unique, less generic gifts. So many of our local businesses are run by mums – we’ve put so much care into creating something special. Buying online doesn’t do much for the soul – shopping with Stokey’s independents not only keeps them going, it’s also a great experience.”
